We work very closely with local farmers whom we know rear consistently great, Grass Fed animals. This makes a big difference to the quality, ensuring we get the same premium taste every time.


How can you be sure you know exactly where your food originated from? We have a comprehensive traceability system in place which will provide this invaluable asset. We can tell you each animals place and date of birth, as well as the breed and sex. This traceability is then continued to the point of use by uniquely coding every individual product within our premises.
